Acceptable Use Policy
Version 1.0.0, last updated 2026-10-23.
This policy is part of the Terms of Service. It applies to everyone who uses cetirisape and the other Services of cetirisape (operator to be named), including your users, End Users and anyone acting with your credentials or keys. You are responsible for all use of your account and for ensuring others you allow in follow this policy. The examples below illustrate and do not limit; if something is harmful or unlawful, it is not allowed even if not listed.
1. Legal and safety basics
You must not use the Services to:
- violate any law or regulation, or help someone else do so, including consumer, advertising, data-protection, export, sanctions, anti-money-laundering, gambling and intellectual-property law;
- create, upload, store, share or link to child sexual abuse or exploitation material or content that sexualises minors in any form. This is zero-tolerance: we remove it, close the account, preserve evidence and report to the competent authorities and hotlines without notice;
- promote, threaten, plan or celebrate violence, terrorism, violent extremism, self-harm or eating disorders, or incite hatred or discrimination against people based on protected characteristics;
- harass, stalk, bully, threaten, intimidate, dox or expose private information of any person, or share intimate images of someone without their consent (including synthetic or "deepfake" ones);
- defraud, deceive or mislead people, including scams, phishing, pyramid or Ponzi schemes, fake reviews and testimonials, fake stores, impersonation, counterfeit goods, or fraudulent use of payment instruments;
- sell, offer or facilitate illegal goods or services, including illegal drugs, weapons and explosives, stolen data or credentials, forged documents, human trafficking, or unlicensed regulated services;
- operate unlicensed gambling, lotteries or sweepstakes, or any activity that requires a licence you do not hold;
- infringe or misappropriate anyone's copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, publicity or other rights, or distribute pirated or cracked software or media.
2. Security and system abuse
You must not:
- introduce or distribute malware, ransomware, spyware, cryptominers, botnet controllers or any harmful code;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services, other accounts, our systems, other customers' data or networks connected to them, or probe, scan or test their vulnerabilities without our prior written permission (good-faith research under our Security & Vulnerability Disclosure policy is the only exception);
- launch or assist denial-of-service, credential-stuffing, brute-force, enumeration or other attacks, or use the Services as a platform to attack third parties;
- bypass, disable or interfere with authentication, rate limits, quotas, metering, geo-restrictions, anti-abuse, content-filtering or security features;
- intercept, sniff or tamper with traffic or protocols, or run unauthorised proxies, emulators or modified clients;
- overload or degrade the Services or other users' experience, including excessive automated requests, and any use that imposes a disproportionate load on our infrastructure (we may define "fair use" limits for any plan and enforce them);
- use the Services to send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, deceptive or unlawfully targeted marketing, or to harvest email addresses or personal data; messages sent through the Services must comply with anti-spam and e-privacy law (consent, identification, working opt-out);
- probe or exploit weaknesses in another user's apps or data you reach through the Services.
3. Platform integrity
You must not:
- create multiple or fake accounts to evade a ban, limit, quota, trial, price, referral or promotion rule, or to manipulate rankings, votes, ratings or metrics;
- share, sell, rent or transfer accounts, seats, API keys or licences;
- resell or provide access to the Services to third parties except as your plan expressly allows;
- scrape, crawl, spider, harvest or bulk-download data from the Services, or build derived databases, except through the documented API within its limits and terms;
- reverse engineer or extract source code, models, prompts, weights or non-public interfaces, or use the Services or their output to build, train or improve a competing product or model unless we agree in writing;
- misrepresent your identity, affiliation or authority, or use our name, brand or logos in a way that implies endorsement;
- abuse billing, refund, chargeback, credit or support processes, including knowingly false claims of non-delivery or unauthorised use;
- use the Services to circumvent the rules of a third-party platform or someone else's terms.
4. Content rules
Content you upload or publish must not:
- be unlawful, defamatory, obscene, pornographic (unless a feature expressly allows adult content lawfully and with age checks), gratuitously violent, or otherwise a violation of section 1;
- contain personal data of others (contact details, IDs, financial data, health data, images or recordings of people) without a lawful basis and, where required, their consent;
- contain disinformation designed to cause harm, such as fake emergency information, election interference, or coordinated inauthentic behaviour;
- be misleading synthetic media (including voice and face clones) of real people without consent, or AI-generated content that you do not label where the law or a platform requires it;
- be hidden, tracked or malicious: tracking pixels, web bugs, cookies or scripts that collect data from other users without their knowledge and the required consent.
We do not pre-screen content, but we act on reports and our own findings (section 8).
5. AI misuse
If the Services add AI-assisted features, the rules for them (no harmful generation, no impersonation or deepfakes, no unreviewed significant automated decisions, no attempts to defeat safety systems) apply from that moment.
6. Regulated and high-risk use
Unless we have agreed in writing, do not use the Services for: emergency services; medical diagnosis or treatment; critical infrastructure or industrial safety; vehicle, aviation or weapons control; or payment-card, health or other regulated data that our infrastructure is not designed to hold. You are responsible for any licences, certifications and approvals your use requires.
7. Fair use of free and promotional plans
Free tiers, trials and promotions are intended for genuine evaluation and personal or small-scale use. Using them to run production workloads at scale, to mine resources, to resell, or by repeatedly signing up anew is abuse. We may apply reasonable limits and may require an upgrade, without notice where abuse is automated or evident.
8. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and, at our discretion and in proportion to the seriousness, frequency, intent and harm, take any of these actions, alone or together, with or without prior notice where the law permits:
- warn you or ask you to fix the issue;
- remove, disable, label or demote content or restrict its visibility;
- throttle, limit or block features, API keys, IP addresses or traffic;
- suspend the account temporarily or limit its functions;
- terminate the account and ban its owner from re-registering (see Terms section 17);
- withhold or set off payments and refuse refunds for periods of violation;
- recover our costs and seek injunctive and other legal relief (Terms section 21);
- notify affected users, platforms, payment providers, and report to law enforcement or regulators, and preserve and disclose records as the law allows or requires.
Serious or illegal violations (such as child exploitation, malware, fraud, imminent harm, attacks on our systems) lead to immediate termination. We are not liable for loss from enforcement taken in good faith under this policy. We may also act on court orders, authority requests and reports from rights holders.
Your right to know and appeal. Where required by law (for example the EU Digital Services Act), when we remove content or restrict or terminate your account we tell you the facts and grounds, whether automated tools were used, and how to contest the decision. You can ask for human review of any enforcement decision by writing to hello@cetirisape.localhost within 6 months; we respond promptly and reverse the action if we got it wrong. Abusive, bad-faith or repeated unfounded appeals and reports may be ignored.
9. Reporting abuse
Report violations, illegal content, security problems or suspected account compromise to hello@cetirisape.localhost. Please include the URL or identifier, a description of why it is a problem, and your contact details. For copyright and similar notices see Copyright & Illegal Content Notices; for software vulnerabilities see Security & Vulnerability Disclosure. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency number first.
Good-faith reports are welcome. Do not abuse the reporting process: knowingly false, bad-faith or harassing reports may themselves violate this policy.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as new forms of abuse and legal requirements emerge, with notice as set out in the Terms. The current version is always at /sh/legal/acceptable-use.
